If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. They went above and beyond. My daughter was driving back to college, a 5hour drive from home. Before she left, we took the car to get an oil change and safety check at a mechanic near where I live. About 2 1/2 hours into her drive, the check engine light, and the oil change light came on. I googled a mechanic near where she was and found Knieriem Tires. They were about to close but said they would wait for her to get there. They checked to make sure the oil change was done correctly. They also saw that she needed the ignition coil and spark plugs changed which was why the car was not driving well and making an awful noise. They did not have the parts in stock, but one of the mechanics agreed to meet her at AutoZone and replaced both the ignition coil and spark plugs so she could get back on the road. I can not thank them enough. Nice to know there are genuinely good and honest people out there.
